RETURNS
WE OFFER A 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW SO THAT CUSTOMERS CAN INSPECT THEIR PURCHASE AND VERIFY THAT THE PRODUCT IS IN PROPER CONDITION AND FREE FROM DEFECTS OR DAMAGE. THIS 30-DAY PERIOD IS INTENDED SOLELY FOR QUALITY CONTROL PURPOSES AND TO REPORT DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS.
RETURNS REQUESTED DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECTS, DAMAGE OR ERRORS ON OUR PART MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT AND WILL BE HANDLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS POLICY.
THIS 30-DAY INSPECTION PERIOD DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND DOES NOT APPLY TO RETURNS BASED ON CHANGE OF MIND, FIT OR AESTHETIC PREFERENCES, EXCEPT WHERE MANDATORY CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS PROVIDE OTHERWISE.
FOR CUSTOMERS LOCATED IN THE EUROPEAN UNION, THE STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL APPLIES AND ALLOWS THE RETURN OF GOODS WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE EU CONSUMER PROTECTION LEGISLATION.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING THE COST OF RETURN SHIPMENTS AND COORDINATING IT WITH THEIR LOCAL POST OR CARRIER.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT, UNWORN OR UNUSED, WITH TAGS, AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
TO INITIATE A RETURN, PLEASE SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR A RETURN TO INFO@CONCEANCE.COM . ITEMS SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
ONCE THE ITEM IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED BY OUR TEAM, WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND TO THE ACCOUNT USED TO PAY THE ORDER.

AFTER 14 DAYS UPON RECEIPT, RETURNS FOR AESTHETIC OR FITTING CONSIDERATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
CERTAIN TYPES OF ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED, LIKE CUSTOM PRODUCTS (SUCH AS SPECIAL ORDERS OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS), AND PERSONAL CARE GOODS (SUCH AS BEAUTY PRODUCTS).
UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS OR GIFT CARDS.
FOR ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION, RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE ALWAYS BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER. ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, AND ANY IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES OR CUSTOMS FEES PAID AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IN THE EVENT THAT A RETURNED ITEM INCURS ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES UPON RE-ENTRY INTO THE EUROPEAN UNION, SUCH AMOUNTS MAY BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND. ALL NON-EU RETURNS MUST BE CLEARLY DECLARED AS “RETURNED GOODS” ON CUSTOMS DOCUMENTATION TO AVOID ADDITIONAL FEES OR DELAYS.

DAMAGES
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON RECEPTION AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM, SO THAT WE CAN EVALUATE THE ISSUE AND MAKE IT RIGHT.
IF THE ITEM PRESENTS A DEFECT THAT HAS PASSED OUR INSPECTIONS OR GOT BROKEN DURING DELIVERY, WE WILL PROVIDE YOU A SHIPPING LABEL TO RETURN IT AND COVER THE REPAIR FEES.
IF THE WRONG ITEM HAS BEEN SENT TO YOU, WE WILL PROVIDE YOU A SHIPPING LABEL TO RETURN THE ITEM AND SWIFTLY SEND YOU THE RIGHT ONE.
IF THE CAUSE OF THE DAMAGE SEEMS UNCLEAR, THE CLIENT CAN BE ASKED TO SEND IT BACK TO THE STUDIO FOR FURTHER INSPECTION OF THE DAMAGE CAUSE.
AFTER 7 DAYS, DAMAGES REPORTED TO US WILL HAVE TO BE SHIPPED BACK BY THE CUSTOMER, COVERING THE COST OF RETURN SHIPMENTS AND COORDINATING IT WITH THEIR LOCAL POST OR CARRIER.
IF THE DAMAGE APPEARS TO RESULT FROM A DEFECT OF THE PRODUCT, WE WILL PROCEED TO REPAIR AND SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK TO YOU.
IF THE DAMAGE APPEARS TO RESULT FROM MISUSE OR AN ACCIDENT, WE WILL CHARGE REPAIR FEES ACCORDING TO OUR REPAIR POLICIES.
